About Us
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer. Hubei Kairui Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. owns its factory with 38 injection molding machines, more than 150 molds and an annual capacity of 20 million pcs, plus an in-house export team.
Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
Our factory is in Jingzhou, Hubei Province, central China, about 1.5 hours by high-speed train from Wuhan. You are welcome to visit us or book a video factory tour anytime.
What certifications do you have?
We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and our products are REACH compliant. Our UN-marked pails have passed dangerous goods packaging performance tests.
Products
What materials do you use?
Our pails are made from 80–95% PP blended with 5–20% LLDPE. This blend gives the pails good strength together with impact resistance and flexibility.
What lid types are available?
We offer standard lids, easy-open lids, tear-off tamper-evident lids, pull-tab lids and screw lids. Watch the lid-opening videos on each product page to choose the right one.
Are your pails leak-proof?
We offer both sealed and non-sealed designs, so please choose based on your application. All pails pass drop tests before shipment. Seal tests are carried out on request.
Do you have UN-certified pails for dangerous goods?
Yes. We supply UN-marked pails for hazardous liquids and solids, and can provide the packaging performance inspection certificate required for export.
Customization & Printing
Can you print our logo on the pails?
Yes. We offer offset printing (up to 6 colors), silk screen printing (up to 4 colors), heat transfer printing, self-adhesive labels and IML (in-mold labeling).
Can you help design the artwork?
Yes. Send us your logo and requirements, and our team will create free 3D renderings for your approval, then prepare print-ready files. We accept AI, CDR, PDF and high-resolution images.
Can you match our brand colors?
Yes. Pail and lid colors can be matched to Pantone codes. The MOQ for custom colors is 2,000 pcs.
I need a new size or shape. Can you make a new mold?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM service, from design to mold making to mass production. Mold lead time is 2–4 months.
Orders & Payment
What is your MOQ?
Plain pails: 1,000 pcs
Printed pails (silk screen, heat transfer, labels): 2,000 pcs per design
Offset printing and IML: 4,000 pcs per design
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples are free; you only cover the courier cost. We ship samples by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
What is your lead time?
Stock items: approx. 20–40 days to arrive, depending on your destination
Printed orders: an extra 10–15 days after artwork approval and deposit
New molds: 2–4 months for mold making; production time is calculated separately
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T: 30% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.
Shipping & After-sales
How do you ship? Which trade terms do you offer?
Samples and small orders go by express courier, and bulk orders go by sea. We quote EXW, FOB and CIF.
How many pails fit in a container?
It depends on the model. Most of our pails nest inside each other to save space. Send us your target size and we will calculate the exact loading quantity.
How are the pails packed?
Pails under 2L are packed in cartons.
Larger pails are packed in woven bags.
Custom packaging is available on request.
What if there are quality problems?
Every order is inspected before shipment. If you find any defect, send us photos within 10 days of receiving the goods, and we will offer a replacement or compensation.
